Wedding Linen Rentals in Salem, Oregon: Colors, Sizes & Pricing

Table linens are one of the most overlooked elements of wedding design — and one of the most impactful. A bare folding table looks exactly like what it is. The same table draped in a floor-length ivory linen looks like it belongs in a five-star ballroom. If you're planning a wedding or event in Salem, Oregon or the Willamette Valley, here's everything you need to know about renting table linens from E&C Event Rentals.

What Linen Sizes Do You Offer?

We carry linens in the most common sizes used at weddings and events in the Willamette Valley:

**Cocktail Table Linens** — Ivory or White, floor-length to fit standard 30" round cocktail tables. Perfect for cocktail hours, escort card tables, and bar setups. Priced at $8 each.

**Rectangular Linens** — Ivory or White, available in 90"×132" (fits 6 ft banquet tables) and 90"×156" (fits 8 ft banquet tables). These are the most popular choice for guest tables at banquet-style receptions. Priced at $10–$12 each.

**Round 120" Linens** — Ivory or White, full floor-length coverage on standard 60" round banquet tables. The classic choice for round-table receptions. Priced at $8 each.

**French Toile Sage Green 120"** — A statement linen in a muted dusty sage toile print. Ideal for garden weddings, rustic barn venues, and botanical-themed events. Priced at $15 each.

How Many Linens Do I Need?

The number of linens depends on your guest count and table configuration. As a general guide: a wedding with 100 guests using 60" round tables typically needs 10–12 round linens for guest tables, plus 2–4 linens for the head table, cake table, gift table, and bar. We're happy to help you calculate the exact quantity once you share your floor plan or guest count.

Ivory vs. White: What's the Difference?

This is one of the most common questions we get. Ivory has a warm, slightly creamy tone that photographs beautifully in natural light and pairs well with blush, champagne, sage, and dusty blue palettes. White is crisp and bright — it creates high contrast with colorful florals and works well in contemporary venues with bright lighting.

For most Willamette Valley weddings, ivory is the more popular choice because it feels warm and romantic. But both are beautiful — the right choice depends on your venue's lighting and your overall color palette.

Can I Mix Linen Colors?

Absolutely. Many of our clients use ivory or white as their base linen and add the French Toile Sage Green as an accent on the sweetheart table, cake table, or a few featured guest tables. This creates visual interest without overwhelming the space.
