E & C Event Rentals is a locally owned event décor rental company specializing in elegant, thoughtfully curated pieces for weddings and special events. Based in Salem, OR we are passionate about helping our clients bring their vision to life through timeless, stylish, and affordable décor.
We believe every celebration deserves to feel intentional and beautiful—whether it’s a wedding day, bridal shower, baby shower, or milestone event. Our collection includes backdrops, draping, statement umbrellas, welcome signage, pillars, and floral accents designed to elevate your space and create unforgettable moments.
As a young and growing business, we are constantly expanding our inventory to stay inspired by current trends while maintaining classic pieces that never go out of style. We take pride in offering reliable service, clear communication, and a personalized experience from inquiry to event day.
At E & C Event Rentals, our goal is simple: to make your event feel seamless, elevated, and uniquely yours.
Our Process
Our process is designed to be easy and stress-free. We work closely with you to curate rentals that fit your vision, then handle the details so you don’t have to.
Inquiry
Submit an inquiry through our website or reach out via email with your event date, location, and the items you’re interested in.
Design & Curation
We work together to curate a design tailored to your event. Whether you have a full vision or just a vibe, we’ll help select rentals and layouts that best fit your space, style, and needs.
Booking & Retainer
Once your design is finalized, a 50% retainer is required to secure your date and items. Your booking is officially confirmed once the contract is signed and the retainer is received.
Delivery, Setup & Pickup
Delivery & Setup: Larger items and custom setups (such as backdrops and draping) include professional delivery, on-site setup, and takedown.
Client Pickup: Select smaller items may qualify for client pickup. Not all items are eligible for pickup.
